Benalla Aquatic Centre is bringing you an online customer portal, with each member and swimming lessons responsible parent / guardian being allocated their very own personalised account.
This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of:
- online bookings (view your group fitness classes and personal training sessions – you'll be able to check availability and book online);
- managing your membership (you'll be able to update your details or suspend your membership online);
- making online purchases (you'll be able to visit the online shop feature to purchase your personal training packs or single sessions);
- check or change your swimming lesson time;
- register your absence and book make-up lessons for swimming lessons;
- online assessments: check your swimming lessons progression reports.
From Friday 18 August 2023 you'll be able to access your customer portal whenever you need it.
You will be issued your login on Friday 18 August 2023 via an email with instructions on how to log in.
Please note you must have a unique email address to receive this email with your login details. If you are sharing an email with another member or pack holder, please update your email at the front desk by Monday 14 August 2023.
Please be aware
Benalla Aquatic Centre will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charge for this service for this new service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday 24 August 2023 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
