Our group fitness timetable includes a variety of classes – from high energy boxing and cycling to low-impact Tai Chi and Yoga.

Whatever your age, ability or fitness level, you'll be able to find a class to suit you.

Classes are included in memberships. Non-members can attend for a casual entry fee.

Timetable and bookings

Take a look at our timetable of classes below. You can then book your group fitness class online. For help with your booking, please refer to the guides at the bottom of this page.

  • How to book your group fitness class
    1. Login to your online account using your email address and password.
    2. Select 'Book' from the main menu.
    3. Select 'Group fitness' from the sub-menu.
    4. Use the filter to select your activity type i.e. group fitness. 
    5. Select 'Book now'.
    6. Select 'Book now' again.
      • Accounts with multiple payment plans will be prompted to select which individual they wish to register.
    7. Make payment (casuals only)
      • Pay for a single session via credit / debit card.

    Credit / debit card

    1. Enter your credit / debit card details.
    2. Make payment.
    3. Check your email for a confirmation email.
  • How to cancel your group fitness booking
    1. Login to your online account using your email and password.
    2. Go to 'My Bookings'.
    3. Select 'Cancel Booking'.
  • Booking conditions
    Bookings open 72 hours prior to the class start time (to the minute).

    Cancellation policy 

    Casuals / multi-visits: Cancellations made no later than 60 minutes before your booking will result in a product return being added to your online customer account. Bookings cannot be cancelled after your booking or less than 60 minutes prior and are not allocated a credit. 

    No-show policy 

    Three 'no-shows' to a booked class in a seven day period may result in a seven day exclusion from booking online. Please note this exclusion refers to online bookings only. You will still be able to book and attend in centre during this online booking exclusion period.
  • Group fitness class guidelines
    • Be early — late entry is not permitted
    • Be prepared with your workout gear, towel and water bottle
    • Be respectful and supportive of your fellow participants and our instructors
    • Be upfront with your instructor about any physical limitations or injuries you may have, especially if you're pregnant
    • Let the instructor know if it’s your first time in a fitness class
    • The minimum age to attend group fitness is 13 years
    • If you need to leave early, please do so in a way that won’t impact others or the flow of the class
    • Put equipment away after the class
