We hold over 50 classes every week in our group fitness rooms with both low and high impact to suit any age or fitness level. A whole body gentle conditioning workout to improve overall strength. This class is suitable for all levels and allows participants to complete movements in water that they wouldn’t necessarily be able to do on land.
Uses cardiovascular exercises and core stabilisation work to improve posture, coordination, muscular strength and endurance. Using circuit protocols, participants use fit balls and free weights to complete a variety of exercises.
A indoor cycle journey, choreographed to inspirational music and coached by an instructor who will guide you through a series of sprints, climbs & attacks. Riders can work at their own pace or keep up with the pack.
A water based class for older adults with arthritis, joint replacements, weak muscles, chronic pain or conditions that have mobility restrictions. The water provides support for the body while you stimulate your muscles, assist with joint pain and improve flexibility and balance. Participants do need to be competent in water.
A circuit class utilising a range of equipment and movements to challenge and strengthen every part of your body. Options for low, medium, and high intensity are given to ensure the workout is suitable yet challenging for all fitness levels.
Combines elements of Pilates, yoga and functional training through a series of harmonious and flowing movements intimately connected to breathing. Improve flexibility, strength and mobility. All levels and abilities welcome.
A floor-based class aiming to increase your flexibility through deep-muscle stretches. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated. No impact and low intensity.
Tai Chi's slow, gentle and tranquil movements enables harmony, improves mobility, suppleness and mental alertness. Non/low impact and low intensity.
This high-energy class uses the weight of your own body as well as weights and bands to burn calories and tone your leg muscles.
Freestyle stationary cycle workout will build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training. Our classes are led by our expert fitness instructors and provide a fun group environment and ever changing scenery and challenges.
- Be early, late entry is not permitted
- Be prepared with your workout gear, towel and water bottle
- Be respectful and supportive of your fellow participants and our talented instructors
- Be upfront with your instructor about any physical limitations or injuries you may have, especially if you're pregnant
- Let the instructor know if it’s your first time in a fitness class
- The minimum age to attend group fitness is 13 years
- If you need to leave early, do so in a way that won’t impact others or the flow of the class
- Put equipment away after the class
